3:50 p.m.: Caravan from Cleveland Mall to Shelby City Park for reception and banquet
4 p.m.: Gates open at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds for country music festival - Local artists will play on the Midway Stage and food vendors will be available
5 p.m.: Banquet of Champions at Shelby City Park, all-purpose room (casual attire, $20) - Traditional posting of the colors followed by a prayer; POW/MIA ceremony performed by N.C. Army National Guard; Musical presentation by 82nd Airborne All-American Chorus
6:45 p.m.: Banquet concludes, move to Cleveland County Fairgrounds - Teams and officials picked up by bus caravan to fairgrounds, escorted by: law enforcement, military vehicles, Marine Corps League, bikers; Reserved parking and seating at fairgrounds for teams, coaches and national officials.
7:30 p.m.: Colt Ford takes the stage, opening for Grammy-winning artist Ronnie Dunn (tickets available at the gate).
9 p.m.: Ronnie Dunn performs
10:15 p.m.: Concert concludes, teams transported back to motels
